General Job Description
The Supply Chain Administrator is responsible for all aspects of the logistics operation of the company including procurement, warehousing, distribution, transportation, administration, and asset and property management and implementation of required security procedures in cooperation with Supply Chain Team in Switzerland.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Handle and follow-up all shipment from Switzerland and monitor the timing as per schedule
Prepare accurate paperwork of declaring customs for import goods;
Ensure imported goods delivery on time to warehouse or assigned destination;
Arrange delivery according to sales orders and ensure products can be handled in a timely and effective way;
Make sure that all delivery procedure is strictly respected in order to identify the responsibility of any loss;
Be responsible to company owned and 3rd party warehouse area safety;
Check and audit logistic related bills and submit to Finance for payment settlement
Keep connection with China Inspection and Quarantine(CIQ), customs, forwarders, a third party logistic provider (3PL), etc., ensure all logistic and warehouse operations meet company’s process and government regulation;
Provide data analysis from logistics perspective to support business development.

Qualification for the Job
Bachelor degree, major in logistics management or equivalent
2 years or above working experience, experience in Purchasing/Trade area will be preferred
Proficient in communicating with written and oral English
Proficiency with ERP systems on Supply Chain Management
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Capable to drive change and continuous improvement
A team player with strong communication and management skill.
