Your role:
1. Focus on Pharma & Government markets in China and be responsible for marketing strategies and management of ultrapure and service product portfolios of Lab Water;
2. Gain market insights of Pharma & Government segments; Perform competition analysis of portfolios in charge.
3. Work with regional and global teams on marketing and portfolio strategies/plans;
4. Create segment oriented sales tools to drive business in Pharma and Government segments; Create portfolio related sales tools to drive portfolios;
5. Design and execute promotion campaigns for segments and portfolios;
6. Work with field application team on addressing customers' application needs from portfolio management perspective;
7. Work with field application team on national and regional marketing activities;
8. Work with sales, service teams and related function teams together to address business needs.
Who you are:
1. Master degree or above in related scientific disciplines (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biomedical, etc.).
2. >3 years of successful marketing/product management experience on instrument market. Preferable with sales experience.
3. Experience and good understanding of pharma/government market is a must.
4. Strong business development skills/competence.
5. Good English communication skill.
6. Efficient team worker and comfortable with cross-functional settings.
