Position Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for the development, profitability, growth of all aspects of product portfolio. The Product Manager conducts and utilizes market research to ensure that the product line meets the needs of and provides value to the customer. This position is responsible for key product lines' strategies, programs, promotion, pricing, planning and forecasting. The Product Manager works across all functional lines to achieve objectives
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyze, identify and aggressively target growth opportunities in China faucet, shower, sanitary system and kitchen markets.
2. Conduct market research focusing on identifying key accelerators and inhibiters to market growth and end user demand for these products.
3. Identify and develop new markets and products to grow the business and increase company profitability. Define and justify new products and programs based on market research.
4. Develop all aspects of product portfolio analysis and new product requirements planning that meet the needs of the customer at target cost and on schedule.
5. Manage product revenue, margins, and profitability by increasing market share, controlling product costs and establishing product pricing.
6. Target key competition. Leverage our competitive resources /advantages and exploit competitor weaknesses to gain market share.
7. Provide Program Review to Executive Management monthly.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS/Others

- 28-35 Language Skills
- Good English/Mandarin
Education
Education Level: Minimum four year college degree in engineering, business or marketing. If no engineering degree, then equivalent experience to provide technical competence is required. MBA is preferred.
Required Knowledge, Ability and Skills
- Strong Communication and presentation capability.
- Creative and result orientation
- Leadership skills and training experience Relevant Working Experience
Significant experience (generally 6+ years) in marketing, sales, and/or engineering in building material, sanitary, furniture, decoration material, or a closely related field is required.
Specific Physical Requirements
- Can travel frequently
- Can work under pressure Package
Gross Salary: RMB 10,000 to 15,000/Month
