- The Global R&D is responsible for managing complete R&D team to develop the products / solutions for China and global market.
What are my responsibilities?
- People management of complete R&D team;
- Budget, timeline and target cost management for all local and global R&D projects
- Provide technical guidance to R&D team for problem solving
- In place professional and effective R&D process
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Major in power electric; Master is preferred
- Technical background and experience in Power electric field
- Around 5 years of experience in managing a R&D team of over 30 people
- Excellent English both in spoken and written;
- Initiative; Analysis capability; Communication skills; Motivation and enthusiasm; Creativity; Results orientation; Strategic thinking; Coaching and Mentoring.
