Goals/Mission
-To help company to achieve the annual target
-Drive to achieve smoothly transaction flow within company from enquiry to booking
-Reduce the overall transaction cycle time
-Manage all sales pipeline until booking
-Inspires the whole team to achieve at a higher level.

Contacts
-External: Vendor partners, sales channels, end customers
-Internal: Work closely with Field Sales, Risk and Operations

Tasks
Manage smooth transaction flow within company from enquiry to booking, including:
- Conduct credit request with field sales by analyze customers' industry, operation and financial status.
- Ensure customers' documents completed and timely collection, in line with risk policy and guideline as well as Operations guideline.
- Transaction screen and pricing control, develop competitive quotation together with field sales.
- To participate in ad-hoc projects.
- Motivate and coach the team to success
- Team building and people management;
- Identify and develop key players in team;
- Motivate and coach team members;
- To organize necessary workshop for knowledge sharing and study to improve daily work.
- To establish a positive working environment

Education
- Bachelor or above

Knowledge/Languages
- Deep knowledge of lease/finance business process
- Finance and accounting knowledge
- Risk analysis skill
- Fluent Oral and written English
- Office Software
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
- At least 5 years experience in leasing/financing business in risk management is preferred, or in operations and sales support
- Experience in interfacing with multi functions
- Drive to achieve
- Experience in multinational companies or reputable finance/banks preferred
