Responsibilities:

· Applications Service Delivery in China, you will have ownership of multiple global software testing projects. In addition, you will take the lead as a part of a global team defining testing strategy for China (on-shore and off-shore), you will participate in the identification, solution and delivery of new testing services for existing and new clients, and you will provide oversight for and leadership to all testing staff in China.

Qualifications:

· 10-12 years of IT experience in Software Testing projects, in which at least 4-5 years of Test Management;

· Should have prior experience in leading large test teams (50+) or multiple small teams;

· Knowledge of and experience with Testing Management principles, tools, techniques and methods;

· Able to develop Organizational Testing Strategy - Architecting Tests, Test effort estimation, Preparing Test Proposals & Test Management methodologies;

· Knowledge of general and industry-specific client business issues in the area of Testing;

· Knowledge of IT Services contracting types, Offshore Service Transition & Service Delivery Management;

· Possess effective relationship management skills and ability to effectively manage client expectations;

· Superior People & Project/Program Management skills;

· Experience selling or supporting the sale of testing services;

Desired Experience:

· Strong fluency in Written and spoken English;

· Software development & testing leadership experience;

· Excellent inter-personal and communication skills;

· Good time management skills;

· Strong knowledge and experience in applying standards and processes to work, such as best practice project management, problem management, change management, etc.;

· Experience in IT outsourcing industry;

· Well developed analytical skills & Customer-facing relationship management skills;

· Ability work in a global environment, where effective communication with different teams is required.
