职位描述：
工作职责Core Tasks：
1 Lead a SOX compliance team to conduct the SOX audit
1.1 Prepare internal control documentation for use by each layer of management, including HQ and acquired schools. Undertake walk-through tests to ensure the accuracy of the documentation
1.2 Lead a virtual team on SoX compliance with project milestones. Members include Corporate Controller, FP&A, BU Controller and other stakeholders
2 Lead discussions with the SOX team, the management and the external auditors/advisors
2.1 Act as the key contact to complete the external SOX audit
2.2 Assist the CFO to provide update on SOX compliance to the Audit Committee and the BoD
3 Provide training and coaching to other stakeholders on SOX and internal control
4 Perform any other duties as assigned by the CFO

任职资格Required qualification, competencies, skills:
1 7 years relevant experience or more
2 Professional accountant with Bachelor degree or above
3 Knowledge of SoX regulations/US GAAP
4 At least 4 years relevant experience at SOX practice
5 Strong knowledge of SoX and internal controls to identify best practices and practical business solutions 举报 分享
