岗位职责
1. 提供行业相关产品的技术支持（包括问题记录，排错及相应补丁的安装工作）；
2. 监控在线系统的工作情况，保障系统正常运行；
3. 现场应用的支持含公司产品部署与第三方公司的集成调试；


岗位要求
1. 计算机，网络或相关专业毕业本科以上学历；
2. 1年以上的系统集成方面的支持经验或系统开发经验，能够承受现场压力；
3. 熟悉主流商业数据库的相关知识（如SQL Server、MySQL等）；
4. 熟悉基本网络通信协议，如TCP/IP，IPX，UDP等；
5. 良好的语言表达能力，文档编写能力；
