英语系统技术支持工程师/英语实施工程师/售后技术支持
Responsibilities
l Conduct or assist in key user training on software functionalities, underlying business processes and data structures
l Perform installations, upgrades, patch releases and configuration of applications;
l Support system UAT, SIT and Go-Live preparations
l Provide post-production level 2 application support to clients
l Design and produce all the necessary documents required for the Project
o Gap Analysis Report
o Standard Rollout Plan
o User Acceptance Test Specifications
o Phase-In Plan
o Cutover Plan
o Contingency (fallback) Plan
o Training Materials
o Pre-implementation Checklist

Skills and Qualifications
l College diploma in computers, or related field
l Strong experience planning the development and delivery of complex software products
l Experience in deploying and configuring desktop application
l Experience in deploying and configuring in web-based applications using IIS
l Good understanding of product architecture and infrastructure components
l Strong knowledge of SQL
l Intermediate knowledge of Linux and Windows
l Basic knowledge of IBMi (OS400)
l Basic knowledge of DB2 database
l Ability to analyze and solve complex problems
l Team player, and strong communication skills
l Fluent in English
l Aptitude to learn quickly and perform well under pressure
l Willing to work in a 24x7 environment participating in an on-call rota as well as night and weekend work
