职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for market development activities in China and meeting the company’s marketing and sales targets
Responsible to pursue company's strategy in Marketing and Business development
Plan and oversee IOPtima’s national marketing activities: Marketing material, exhibitions, conferences and seminars
Develop business relationship into distribution agreements with potential national and regional distributors
Manage and support IOPtima’s distributors’ activities
Identify opportunities and promote processes to help build IOPtima’s brand in China
Liaison with Chinese key opinion leaders (KOLs)
First-line product & clinical support - installation, clinical training and support (including participation in ophthalmic surgeries in the operating rooms)
Responsible to promote the clinical positioning of the company in China
Lecture internally and externally
 
Job Qualifications Required:
BA in Business Administration, medical background or equivalent
MBA – an advantage
Good level of English
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Team member
Good technical skills
Willingness to frequent traveling – 80% 举报 分享
