岗位职责:

? To develop and execute a strategic marketing plan with measurable outcomes to achieve Satellite clinics and UFHH’s business goals
? Obtain and analyze market research, competitor strategies and industry trends, report on a monthly basis
? Manage the development and use of marketing and promotional materials (including
advertising, brochures, WeChat, Weibo, etc.)
? Develop new clinical service sales plans, packages and promoting new onboard physicians.
? Plan and oversee Satellite clinics / UFHH events as assigned
? Develop community relationships through active involvement in community organizations and partnerships
? Plan and oversee Satellite clinics / UFHH sponsored community events such as health screenings and health fairs
? Stimulate internal cooperation or referrals among clinics; maximize use of existing patients’ resources.
? Set up relationship with new potential cooperate members and maintain good relationship with them.
? Further develop any potential opportunity to growth or promote satellite clinics and home health services.
? Elevate new branding to the market and community by any opportunity.
? Other duties as assigned

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s (University) Degree
? At least three years of marketing/sales/customer experience in healthcare industry.
? Previous experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients, will also need experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level
? Professional presentation and manner
? Easy in contacting people at all levels.
? Positive attitude towards sales activities like: traveling, calling new customers, introducing Satellite clinics and UFHH services, accurate follow-up to each customer.
? Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.
? Have drive, determination and the desire to be successful
? Result driven
? Highly self-motivated and able to manage time effectively

Knowledge:
? Master the principles of Healthcare industry promotions
? Basic knowledge of Healthcare industry practice and different medical services
? Familiar and understand clinical scope of service, service process and service content, and make feasible proposals through marketing channels.
