Essential Duties:
1. Provide account management to the designated territory
2. Manage customer relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
3. Provide a consultative sales process to the prospects
4. Identify new sales opportunities, help in developing winning proposals/sales propositions of major accounts
5. Responsible for tracking regional customer information, forecasts and reports
6. Develop and maintain prospect and customer database in CRM system
7. Maintain familiarity with and constantly evaluates competition’s products, prices, strategies, etc. info and feedback to the management for strategy setting
Desired Qualifications
1. Must be a self-starter
2. Prefer a minimum of Three years’ sales experience at a high level of achievement
3. Solutions-selling experience in Pro AV or ICT Industry
4. Ability to influence through effective Verbal and Written Communication skills
5. Ability to self-motivate and work independently or within a team
6. Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
7. Willingness to travel, as needed to support job scope. up to 50% travel
