职位描述：
TSL Education is an enterprise education organisation focused on developing internationally-competitive Chinese learners who can thrive in any situation. Aside from our consultancy centre we operate an enterprise education programme in fifteen public schools, run a literary journal for teenagers and are developing a social enterprise to help students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
   We are looking for a full-time inhouse graphic designer to manage our company’s visual brand identity and marketing and participate in the development of new ideas within our two offices in Maquanying and Dongzhimen. The right candidate will need to be willing to work independently (although another designer will join us in August), be positive working with all members of the organisation and care about our company’s mission to improve incredible educational opportunities for every student in China.

Period: One-year contract
Report to: Head of Education

Job Requirements
 
1. Oversee the design of our textbooks to be used in public schools throughout China
2. Collaborating with external artists on our new design project
3. Produce infographics and illustrations for white papers and research papers
4. Manage the aesthetic brand identity and marketing of the organisation.
5. Create a cohesive brand identity and produce branded merchandise.
6. Design the graphics and layout of some teaching and marketing materials.
7. Liaise with TSL staff to format all existing and new documents/resources.
8. Help staff and students with any design-related projects.
9. Work closely with marketing assistant to develop our website and WeChat interface; visual aesthetic of new TSL products for parents, students and teachers.

Job Details

1. 4 weeks annual paid holiday (weekend days included)

工作职责

1. 负责并监督教科书的设计，本书将适用到全国的公立学校中
2. 与其他独立艺术家合作，完成新项目
3. 为白皮书和调研结果制作资讯图表和插图
4. 管理品牌形象设计以及辅助市场推广
5. 创建连贯完整的品牌形象，制作具有品牌特征的商品
6. 负责设计教学和市场资料中图像及排版
7. 与TSL员工合作，将现有以及新建的文件和资料进行合理编排
8. 为员工与教学相关的项目提供设计支持
9. 与市场部门紧密合作开发网页和微信平台；为面向家长/学生/教师的材料进行美化设计
