Responsibilities
? Responsible for identification, development and maximum penetration of accounts within medical device related services such as safety testing, EMC evaluation and Regulatory Assessment…etc.)and/or geographic area specified by the Cluster Manager;
根据部门经理划定的产品类别:医疗器械相关服务,如安全测试,电磁兼容评估和法规评估等服务,或地域范围,寻找及大力发展客户;
? Responsible for building, maintaining and constantly developing relationships with accounts under their custody;
负责建立、保持及持续发展与客户的良好关系;
? Responsible for achieving the quarterly and annual sales target as allocated by the Sales Manager;
实现销售经理规定的季度及年销售目标;
? Ensure collection of Accounts Receivable;
确保应收款项的收取。
? Support Sales Manager in Sales & Marketing planning and strategy development;
向销售经理在销售计划与策略发展等方面提供支持;
? Support Sales Manager in providing training and to sales and sales support staff;
协助销售经理培训销售代表及其他相关员工;
? Undertake any other duties assigned.
履行分配的其他任务。
Requirements
? Experience and Knowledge of Medical Device Regulation.
? At least four years of strong track record in direct sales and account management preferably with exposure to related Industry or equivalent;
具有至少4年优秀业绩的销售和客户管理经验,优先考虑相关经验者;
? Existing network of relationships within Medical Device Regulation is a definite advantage.
具有医疗设备法规相关经验优先考虑
? University Degree holder.
大学本科毕业。
? Adequate knowledge of Quality’s business principles and sales methodologies;
熟练掌握质量业务的相关原理及销售方法;
? Strong relational and sales skills;
具有优秀的销售技巧;
? Good in Mandarin and English.
良好的普通话及英语表达能力。
? Integrity, team spirit, customer orientation, entrepreneurship, responsibility for safety.
