Goals/Mission:
- Provide services to our customers for Siemens Medical Equipments independently while taking account of economic aspects and customers’ satisfaction
Tasks:
- Performing installation,start-ups,maintenance,repaired and updates of all products within his area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision.
- Maintenance customer satisfaction in particular within the framework of customer services communicateing with the uptime service center cs co-workers sales and other partners in his region collaborating with the uptime service center and adhering to CS process.support CS sales to archive mc sales volume.
Education:
- College or above
Knowledge/Languages:
- Techical expert in Med product
- Focus and Customer satisfaction;
- Good Learning skill & English skill.
Experience:
- More than 2 years service experience in medical equipments, esp MR and PET
