岗位职责：
1.拓展业务渠道，推动和调动公司资源进行客户目标市场拓展；
2.监督、检查客户档案的建立、更新、维护；
3.客户发展、客户关系维护、客户挽留；
4.标书审核、修改；
5.负责同客户的沟通，确定客户的需求。收集业主满意信息，组织处理业主投诉；
6.负责项目的洽谈、合同的评审、签订、管理及重大变更的登记工作；
7.贯彻执行市场部的各项制度及工作流程；
8.完成上级交派的其他任务。


任职资格：
1.具备敏锐的洞察力，精通谈判技巧，善于沟通，工作细致，具有很好的团队精神和协作能力；
2.工作积极主动，具备很强的客户服务意识和能力；
3.有工作热情及韧性，能在压力下完成工作；
4.要求相貌端庄、气质形象佳，性格成熟；
5.从事办公领域装饰、办公家具、办公装饰材料行业或市场营销领域内三年以上销售实战经验，了解市场的运作模式；
6.有一定的客户人脉资源优先；
7.英语口语流利优先。

P.S. 由于公司总部在上海，应聘者需能根据公司安排出差至上海，不能接受者勿扰。
