Title
? AMG Key Account Manager(South Region)
Location
? Beijing
Objective of Job
? Steer and manage dealers within assigned area to achieve their targets in a profitable and professional way
? Steer and manage AMG dealers within assigned area to comply with the MBCL’s policies and standards
? Develop AMG dealers within assigned area both in network coverage and sales competence
? Supporting dealers in assigned area to run AMG business in a dedicated business way
? Supporting dealers in their daily business operation e.g. consulting activities
Task & Responsibilities
Evaluate the market potential in not covered cities and support new AMG dealers to get ready for operation
? Coordination with relevant departments e.g. ND to finish the retail setup in terms of dealer sales team, dealer sales operation process etc.
? Initiator and driver of AMG dealer selection/dealer establishment
AMG retail and wholesale target achievement
? Negotiate and finalize target agreements with each AMG dealer within assigned area
? Monitoring and execution of target agreement
? To participate year-end target achievement evaluation and dealer margin calculation and payout.
? To implement target achievement reporting.
? To break down area target and allocate to individual dealers.
? To consolidate dealer specific targets.
? Ensure the target achievements and consolidate into a regional and national report
? Daily operations/communication with dealers, including complaint handling, dealer enquiry handling, assessments of training needs, etc.
? Ensuring of dealer standards fulfilment, implementation of MBCL policies and guidelines.
? Developing of new sales channels, marketing ideas, etc. together with the respective dealers.
AMG dealer support within assigned area
? Process and operational consultancy based on dealer needs and HQ requirements
? Provision/communicate sales and marketing information and tools.(e.g. product information, marketing communications material, etc)
? Daily sales management e.g. allocation, stock monitoring, etc.
? Monitoring of dealer retail marketing events.
? Provision of basic DMS support.
? To coordinate implementation of national plan at dealer level.
? To propose and drive local specific marketing activities.
? To ensure dealer specific marketing plan is developed (align local with national marketing plan).
? To ensure marketing plan is executed.
? To implement dealer marketing plan evaluation
? Development of new retail marketing activities e.g. local cooperation
Dealer development, CSI/SSI
? Weekly discussion and review on open issues within assigned area
? To analyze and compare results from Marketing research and determine specific corrective measures.
Others
? Communication/co-ordination with DMs from CAS and ND on relevant smart issues
? Other tasks dedicated by Head of AMG, AMG operation
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
Qualification
? Skills – general skills, personality traits
? Possess a positive, self-motivated outlook. Excellent communication and negotiation skill. Tactful and diplomatic. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, E-mail and PPT. Good command on Mandarin and English.
? Functionality Skills – Process and technical skills
? Good understanding on the passenger cars distribution and service related processes
? Good understanding on the automobile industry
Experience and education
? Bachelor degree or above, with major in Engineering or administration science
? At least 5 years working experience in automobile industry or relevant industry (preferred on wholesale and retail level)
? - Sales, sales management or dealership management experience
Mgt and leadership skills
? No less than 2 year’s management experience
