Job Title: Recruitment Manager, Great China
Reports To: China HRD
Location: Shanghai

If you are a passionate recruiter who truly believes in delivering a quality service in an efficient way to your internal clients (hiring managers) and candidates; love social media and able to pull off some incredible recruitment marketing campaigns with a deep understanding of powerful employer branding; technology savvy and be comfortable using a variety of software and tools to drive mandates forward, YOU ARE THE ONE.

Purpose of Position
To support the business in attracting, sourcing and recruiting high calibre individuals through the provision of a proactive, efficient, professional and cost effective end-to-end recruitment service. Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
?Support China HRD to in delivering a comprehensive service for Great China level resourcing needs
?Develop and execute complex resourcing strategies; building a solid pipeline/candidate database of critical skills that fits current hiring demands and anticipate future needs
?Extensively search and acquire right candidate to fill up all vacancies – new or replacement; prepare and establish a pipeline for senior technical and senior positions.
?Search for right talents utilising a plethora of cutting edge sourcing techniques and tools (E.g.: HR System, LinkedIn, other social media, job portals, etc).
?Support and build the employee referral groups/communities that aligned to sectors and domains strategy
?Ensure all resourcing and recruitment collateral, including country careers pages are consistent, reflect the BSI brand and have the appropriate content to demonstrate BSI being an employer of choice
?Work with all country HR & Marketing contacts to ensure up to date, relevant and multi-media content on social media, intranet and external careers pages
?Act as lead administrator on myhire (RMS) and all social networking recruitment media
?Work closely with HR managers in each region, ensure standard resourcing, recruitment, selection & onboarding process are followed and complied; maintain & update the information in each recruitment systems.
?Provide accurate resourcing and recruitment metrics for monthly Business & HR reports; including status of open vacancies, hiring cost and source of recruitment.
?Cover other administration activity and undertake additional projects to support Great China HR team on an ad-hoc basis as required
?Other reasonable tasks as requested by China HR Director

?Ability to prioritize multiple functions & tasks, manage work time efficiently with excellent verbal and written communication skills in a matrix environment across all demographics
?Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment; able to work under pressure sometime to tight deadlines.
?Commercially astute, focused on adding value
?Excellent experience & knowledge in digital recruitment space/channels (e.g.: LinkedIn, etc), including in-depth web recruiting knowledge
?Experience in employer & recruitment branding through social networks
?High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy
?Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
?A university degree in HR or business studies.
?Experiences in job searching firm is preferred.
