Job Title
China SCM Executive

Report To
Full line: Supply Chain Manager - Greater China

Job summary:
She/he is an interface with internal/external customers and suppliers, and responsible for sales order fulfillment, importation and exportation, purchasing and inventory management, which aims at smoothing company operation and achieving best customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities
? Indent order management:
Coordinate with suppliers about order delivery schedule, and clear backorders to make sure company turnover is in schedule.
Communicate with customers about daily work which including orders, FCST, delivery information, documents and etc.
Record all the incoming orders and all the supply, and prepare summary / detailed report in order to have a clear picture for target achievement, and help the management to take the necessary actions if anything wrong in target achievement.

? Spare parts management:
Place replenishment order monthly, and be responsible to do importation and exportation.
Prepare inventory report monthly and provision quarterly, and together with service and finance team to watch spare parts inventory level to have a best service to customer with least cost.

? Non-stock procurement:
Sourcing and vendor/PO creation.
Computer leasing.

? 3rd party management:
Monitor KPI and billing, and work for performance improvement.

Competencies (skills, knowledge, behaviours)
Education
University degree, major in business administration or related.

Experience
5 years related to order management/logistics/SCM/procurement
Specific skills (core competencies, key specialities, technical, human relations or managerial skills, and knowledge areas necessary)
Languages: fluent both in Mandarin and English

IT-knowledge: good in PC skill and familiar with logistics / distribution system(AS400/SAP)

Technical skills: basic product knowledge

Soft skills: very good communication, change management, willing to work for details 举报 分享
