岗位职责:

? Provide overall leadership, development and management of all departments and personnel associated with performing the duties of hospital facilities including maintenance, engineering, housekeeping, laundry, employee cafeteria, landscaping, parking, transportation, storage, space and non medical assets. Ensure all these departments function in a cost-effective and smooth manner with strong customer service results.
? Provide expert knowledge in facility management administration, technical, and management issues;
? Conducts inspections of the facility to review operations, note deficiencies, and to implement improvement techniques to services and operations where needed.
? Conduct annual departmental budget; monitor and ensure adherence to budget; evaluate and control maintenance and other miscellaneous costs.
? Ensure facilities management plan is implemented in compliance with JCI standards and government regulations.
? Provide work assignment, training and performance evaluations to all managers and supervisors in facilities department.
? Other tasks or projects as assigned.
