职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose of this role: This function is to provide quality supports DP Wuhan team in daily office operation in order to create and maintain an attractive work place for the employees to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Main responsibilities and tasks:-
Cashier:
1. Manage petty cash and make reconciliations as required;
2. Other required accounting tasks;
Human Resources:
3. Work closely with the HR for implementation of new HR projects to improve the workflow and enhance the effectiveness of the program development;
4. Review the company policies and regulation regularly to make sure in compliance with local laws and regulations;
5. Other ad hoc assignments;
Administration:
6. Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policy of regional or global and apply to Wuhan Office;
7. Oversees office cleaning and manage office procurements and supply
8. Oversee maintenance of office equipment;
9. Be responsible for office expansion and renovation, create a satisfactory work environment for the staff;
10. Coordinate with landlord and property management office for office maintenance;
11. Coordinate with IM in China on required IT support;
12. Other ad hoc assignments.
Engineering support:
13. Translate engineering documents;
14. Keep engineering documents filing in good order by following Beijing office filing requirements and procedures;
15. Other ad hoc assignments.
Qualification
- More than 3 years working experience
- Bachelor degree, major in engineering is preferred
