职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、根据部门提出的招聘要求，根据储备的招聘渠道，选择最有效的招聘渠道；
2、根据部门招聘用人需求，在选择的招聘渠道上发布招聘信息；
3、根据招聘渠道反馈的应聘信息，进行资料的筛选；
4、根据公司总体用人需求，针对核心管理的专业人才，建立人才储备库；
5、负责对招聘渠道实施规划、维护和拓展工作，保障招聘工作的有效性。

任职要求：
1、人力资源或计算机相关专业优先。
2、有1年以上IT公司招聘工作经验或IT软件外包行业工作经验优先。
3、熟悉招聘流程、各种招聘渠道和面试方法。
4、有人力资源招聘的实务操作经验，熟悉国家相关法律法规。
5、善于沟通、表达能力强，有一定的说服能力，及良好的团队合作意识。
