Job Functions
Process – maintain IMS SOP, WI, and take charge of the IMS implementation and user training 30%
Data – Data analysis, KPI and dashboard 30%
Data – In-market sales data integration check 30%
Other department coordination work with BUs and TPS 10%
REQUIREMENTS
Travel Domestic - Up to 10%
Education college and above
Licenses/Certifications
Experience 2 - 5 years
Technical requirements Solid experience in commercial or sales operation field, be familiar with distributor management SOP, expertise in IMS implementation program
