Position Title HR Specialist
Reports To HR Manager
Business Unit Corporate Management
Location Shanghai, China
Position Summary The primary focus of the role will be to handle all HR operations functions that include but are not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, annual salary review and employee relations. A high degree of coordination ability will be required to manage initiatives and organizational design support while ensuring HR goals and objectives are consistent with the company’s business objectives. Key duties include maintaining and enhancing efficiency of internal HR policies, business practices, roles and responsibilities as well as HR processes.
Performance Review Period At the end of the probation period and then as a minimum at the conclusion of each financial year

Position Requirements
Listed, but not limited to, are the key competencies and experience for this position.
Experience and Education
? College degree or above, Human Resources or Business degree preferred
? 1-2 years relevant working experience
? Working knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, HR operation process and HR systems is highly desirable
? Familiar with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
? Fluent in Chinese for both written and verbal communications; Good English for written communications
? Able to handle high volume of work and adapt to change
? High responsibility, demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
? High sense of information security and confidentiality
? Understanding of operational risk, good sense of risk assessment and control
? Professional personal presentation and punctuality
? Good team player, quick learner with innovation and creativity
Key Responsibilities
Listed, but not limited to, are the key responsibilities for this position.
? Work with HR manager across all aspects of personnel and HR matters.
? Completing hiring tasks to meet the requirements of each department, including but not limited to manage and develop job posting on different job boards/apps, daily CV screening according to position requirements, arrange and follow up interviews, negotiate and finalize offer for different positions.
? Proactively build potential talent pool among industry and within competitor agencies
? Managing employees’ on-board procedure, collecting employees' information, creating new employees’ labor contracts and building their personal files.
? Implementing orientation training, updating the training documents.
? Dealing with employee relationship, including welfare and labor disputes.
? Handling resignation procedure, ensure everything is completed.
? Handling social security and housing fund ensure the amount is accurate.
? Managing employees' attendance and leaves, including annual leave, casual leave, sick leave.
? Renewing employees' labor contracts on time and keep the contract into employees' files.
? Keep good communication with the internal departments.
? Set up systematic filing system and ensure its up-to-date and appropriate documentation collected
on time.
? Identify and resolve people issues.
? Provide advice on HR matter and China employment law.
? Monthly salary calculation.
? Apply and renew work permit and visa for foreign employees.
? Track on different leaves & holiday management.
? Assist arranging company events, such as Christmas party, annual dinner, team building, etc.
? Assist annual performance review.
? Other tasks assigned by HR Manager/General Manager/CEO.
