INTRODUCTION
QTR line is the most famous railway project in the worldwide and it’s signaling system is provided by ALSTOM. We are the team working on the QTR signaling solution for more than ten years and waiting for your role in this exciting journey.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the project manager, the Signaling engineer is responsible to work with the onshore and offshore team to deliver the project.
? Lead the technical activities.
? Trouble shooting and analyses failures root cause,
? Field installation and commissioning support
? Technical solution coordination with China and US engineering team
? Spare delivery management including return & repair management
? Customer training, technical knowledge transfer
? Customer needs dig out and figure out the best solution with customer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination on site between ALSTOM teams, partners, client to achieve technical activities of the project:
? Lead all technical activities to support client solve issues;
? Follow up the actions plans decided by the project.
? Discuss solutions with client to improve system reliability
? Synchronize the virtual project team

SKILLS & EDUCATION
? Familiar with the signaling system, such as ATP, ATC, CBI, etc; Knowledge in Signaling /Telecomm/GPS equipment ;
? CCNA\CCNP for network router& switch \Linux OS preferred;
? Able to understand technical specifications / standards / drawings;
? 3 years’ experience in Railway mainline industry.
Essential:
? Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
? Good at presentation, learning and cooperation in a team, have strong sense of result orientation & passion for continuous improvement;
? Adapt to work at high altitude;
? Energetic and hardworking, can work independently under high pressure;
