JOB POSITION
 
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and initiating creative sales strategies. We are looking for a candidate that will be motivated and eager to join and contribute to our small, yet passionate team. Ideal candidate is a quick learner, charismatic and energetic with a background in retail, real estate, and/or operations.
 
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 - Working with Marketing & Sales Director to create and implement sales strategy - Understanding and compiling multi-city retail market trends for sales analysis - Researching, contacting, and initiating outreach with potential clients - Passionately presenting product to potential clients - Following up with potential clients and facilitating sales process
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
 1. Preferably fluent in both Chinese and English
2. Preferred 2+ years working experience in retail, real estate, and/or operations
3. Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or college equivalent
4. Able to travel with a flexible schedule
5. Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality
6. A go-getter who isn’t afraid to set and achieve high goals

工作职责：

-配合市场和销售总监制定和执行销售策略

-了解并制作各城市零售市场趋势用于销售分析

-调研并联系接洽潜在客户

-向客户做产品展示

-跟进潜在客户，促进销售订单达成


职位要求 -中英文流利

- 2年以上在零售、房地产业行业或相关运营岗位工作经验

-本科及以上学历

-可接受出差

-较强的沟通能力和个人魅力
