What are my responsibilities?
- Projects manages - with responsibility for results - Siemens cross-organizational projects of category B/C and simultaneously multiple cross-organizational small projects of comparable total complexity in the context of organizational units' specific stipulations with the objective of
- Executing the project within the defined requirements (e.g. cost, time, functionality, customer satisfaction)
- Ensuring business success and satisfaction of the customer

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Knowledge of internal and international rules (ZRG, AWV, INCOTERMS), Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Global Procurement Policy: Rules, structures and processesSiemens-specific: Knowledge and interrelation of the project environment with e.g. context, strategy, targets, processes, rules, decision-makers and stakeholders, platforms, IT systems and tools
- Knowledge of performance spectrum of relevant organizational unit (solutions, services and products)
- Knows the customer market and its competitors, as well as the customer strategies, business processes and decision-makers
- Knowledge of performance spectrum of competitors
- Knowledge of intercultural communication and collaboration
- Knowledge of economics in project business: Established procedures for monitoring and control of financial aspects of project (e.g. project costing and reviewing)
- Overview of local law of countries directly affected by the project (i.e. countries of: customer, suppliers, partners)
- Knowledge of consortium agreements, operator models, leasing; international contract law
- Knowledge of Siemens Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g. EHS, Compliance Regulations), Rules and regulations for PM@Siemens
- Knowledge of requirements of relevant Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Knowledge of technologies according to scope of project to understand technical implications
- Knowledge of languages: English.
- Professional knowledge acquired in 3 - 5 years (e.g. in processing / construction / engineering / development / commercial activities) with varying duties/functions
- 1 year of managing cross-organizational category D/E projects - or equivalent responsibility for cross-organizational sub projects
- Additional 2 years core team member in cross-organizational projects of category A / B / C or PM in cross-organizational projects of category D / E / F (combination possible)
- >1 cross-organizational project category D/E – or equivalent responsibility for cross-organizational sub projects
- Management of cross-organizational subcontractor (recommended)
- Team size managed: min. 1 year ≥ 4 team members (= direct reports in project only)
- Has experience of working abroad; has worked in teams made up of diver’s members (recommended)
- Bachelor or above
