What are my responsibilities?
- Establish, lead and improve project execution in China. This comprises Project Management teams in Shanghai and BJ.
- Adjust organization according to business needs of MT world wide
- Implement PM@Siemens Tool Landscape from MT HQ to MT China
- Financial reporting Tool landscape and data accuracy.
- Ensure Project Execution according to PM@Siemens
- Implement and enforce quality related processes e.g.
- QMiP
- Lessons learned
- Fitback
- Resource Management
- Utilisation Planning
- Recruitment
- Training Management
- Career Development
- Project reporting for PoC projects including
- Project Profile
- PCM
- Forecast
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 90% of the responsibilities are related to project business.
- Experience in the Metal Industry are very helpful, but not mandatory
- The Organization is still in the growth phase, in some areas the Maturity is reached (partly for E&A)
- Knowledge about the global MT organization is mandatory
- Experience with international projects
- 10 Years experience in the field of engineering and project execution, including 5 years as PM
