Senior Customer Service + Sales Support 客服兼销售助理

Main Mission:

- Providing satisfied service to our client, well maintain good relationship with them, ;

- Fully support to Sales on company business development

- Help to optimize cost, boost profit

Job Description :


- - Act on customer service, value- added service, sell our good services, build good relationship and confidence with new customers, maintain an healthy relationship with existing customers, call existing clients of the company to try to sell additional products or services;

- Provide a professional friendly communication style with customers. Liaise with overseas closely to provide satisfied Global network service to clients;

- Answer the incoming call & customer inquiries actively, be proactive by providing alternative solutions as available professionally and timely;

- Be participate in SOP drafting, well followed up the SOP, meet clients’ satisfaction, build up good relationship with clients;

- Be in charge of A/R collection of related clients, ensure the payment schedule under control;

- Draft quotation on optimization of margins per sales request & follow it up;

- Fully support and assist the Sales, Team for the sales activities preparation. Help sale on prospect clients resource searching through different channels, maintain and update results of all Sales leads. Update and keep current the contact list and general information about customers in the CRM system

- Keep updating on the market evolution, in order to help optimize the shipment cost, boost profit

- Accomplish other tasks given by the Manager


Requirements:
- Shanghai resident, University graduation, major in English, foreign trade, or logistics management are preferred
- At least 3 years Forwarding company's customer service or sales support working experience
- Great communication and coordination skills
- Fluency English in both writing & speaking
- Familiar with both export and import of Sea Freight, Air Freight operation & customer service with professional industrial knowledge
