职位描述：

l New technology & process transfer and development

l Evaluate the production mode, new process, new technique, the feasibility of mass production, the capacity & process yield

l Involve in process trial run in all NPI stage, coordinate with PMD to meet project schedule

l Work together with equipment department on the equipment & fixture development，and adjust the equipment & fixture to make them working.

l Optimize equipment & fixture function, and verify on equipment & fixture before mass production.

l Tackle critical issues in process, identify production process & equipment issues

l And suggest counter measure.

Support to verify the processes, parts, equipments and fixtures, and hand over them to production after get customer’s approval.

职责

l Projects with clients to discuss technical requirements and complete the transfer to the PMDMP.

l Communication with clients as a technology window to respond quickly to customer questions and technical needs.

l Provide detailed improvement presentation after the critical issue tackled.

Work with the sourcing, suppliers, internal resources to assess the development of new technologies.

要求

More than two years of engineering technique experience and technology (product manufacturing)

Related products for the manufacturing process have sufficient understanding and experience；

Manufacturing, Project management,relevant technology and product knowledge training;

Good intelligence and leadership；
