职位描述：
工作内容：
manage carnet operations thru the ticket lifecycle
manage ITIL process, ensure all suppliers are working accordingly and meeting SLAs
knowledge managemnet
account and access management
职位要求;
1. Experienced and professional with operation management based on all ITIL management process (change / incident / problem / knowledge management); minimum at least 3 years relative working experience.
2. Good knowledge of general IT concepts, e.g. applications, servers, network, database, middleware and architecture.
3. Have a basic knowledge with tests (function test / smoke test / integration test / penetration test / failover test)
4. Proactive and self-driving attitude, flexible enough, strategic thinking and good team work spirit; Strong and smart characteristic to deal with tough customers, vendors and tickets.
5. Good leadership ability to manage and lead high quality team work.
6. Ability to effectively leverage diverse resources. Works hard to foster positive relationships and will develop win-win solutions when conflicts arise. Builds relationships by making self highly approachable, seeks input from others and will actively listen to concerns and alternate points of view and makes others feel valued and supported.
7. Good understanding of telematics market situation in China, familiar with automotive industry in China.
8. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written & spoken
