职位描述：
1：为Keysight的高速数字, 光通信，云端，数据中心测试相关仪表提供售前/售后技术支持，包含：实时和采样示波器，AWG，误码分析仪，光器件分析仪（LCA）等设备；
2：把握并分析高速数字，光通信，云端，数据中心应用的行业发展及技术动态，规划测试解决方案，编写技术建议书及投标文件等材料。
3：为用户提供售前和售后的技术服务，包含售前的应用确认，售后的培训，技术咨询等，使用keysight仪表及软件资源，协助用户解决产品开发中的技术问题。
4：根据用户测试应用要求，与研发及应用团队合作或独立进行测试系统的方案规划设计并完成系统硬件及软件自动测试系统的集成和开发。
Job Description:
1. Provide pre/post sale support for High speed digital/Optical communication/Cloud/Data center related test equipment., including real and sample scope, AWG, BERT, LCA etc.
2. Seize and analyze high speed digital/ Optical communication/cloud/data center new technology trend, develop test plans, technical proposals and bidding material per business requirements and applications
3. Deliver pre/post technical support for customers, including customer needs confirmation, technical training and consulting. Co-work with customer engineers to solve their technical issues by Keysight hardware and software resources.
4. Capable of designing ATE systems per end user’s test application scenario and cooperate with the R&D or application team to integrate the whole system with hardware and software.
职位要求：
1. 硕士学位，电子科学技术、通信技术、射频微波专业，光信息科学技术、光学工程、微电子学等高速通信和电子电路相关专业，热爱技术工作；
2. 具备高速电路设计测试、精通信号完整性，光通信中有源器件相关的射频电路开发和应用；
3. 熟悉高端示波器、误码仪等相关高速通信测试设备的使用；
4. 熟悉数据中心的架构，以及相关的通信原理
5. 具备10G/100G/400G高速光电信号的各种光电测试能力。了解PAM4等***应用;
6. 熟悉一种或多种编程语言（VB#, C，C++，C#, Python，Labview, VEE等），熟练掌握office完成文档编写；
7. 良好的人际沟通和团队合作精神；
8. 愿意出差；
9. 良好的英文读写和表达能力；
10. 同时投递中英文简历。
Job Requirements:
1. Master’s degree in EE or related. Be passion for Engineering.
2. Good technical knowledge on High speed circuit design and test, signal integrity, RF circuits and active components R&D in optical communication system.
3. Be familiar with the high-end scope, BERT and related high speed communication test equipment.
4. Familiar with the data center structure and the related communication theory.
5. Capable of performing the optical/electronic test for 10G/100G/400G applications. Know the updated PAM4 and new application.
6. Familiar with one or more programming languages (VB#, C，C++，C#, Python，Labview, VEE etc.), good command of MS Office tools for technical file development.
7. Good communication skill and team work.
8. Frequent travel is required.
9. Good written and oral English skill.
10. Resume in both Chinese and English.
