职位描述

JOB SUMMARY
The Project Director is responsible for the successful implementation of projects that involve developing,
coordinating and implementing tasks that are associated to his/her project assignment. This position will plan
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Designs and manages the formal plan for theactivities of the project.

activities to ensure accomplishment of project deliverables and other tasks are produced timely and inaccordance to
the established standards, protocols and procedures.
2. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget
constraints.
3. Monitors project deliverables and timelines, notifies management when issues may arise and undertakes
corrective actions if needed.
4. Responsible for the overall coordination with other Divisions, such as, Construction, Operations, Leasing,
Human Resources and Marketing.
5. Facilitates communication between all parties involved in project implementation to ensure all
departments/employees are effectively working together.
6. Organizes, leads and facilitates project-related meetings with the Steering Committee.
7. Serves as the company's liaison on matters related to the project across different government offices in China.
8. Interfaces with the government and relevantagencies to obtain necessary permits and ensuring mutual
understanding of programs and optimizing resource distribution needed in the development of the project.
9. Ensures the compliance of the project with the standard policies for the malls in China.
10. Documents activities and develops feedback mechanism to communicate project findings and activities to
collaborators and others involved.
11. Monitors, evaluates, and reports all project activities and progress to the Head Office.
