Job Description:
1. To support the business field with relevant HR matters
2. To ensure HR practices and policies in local offices are adhered to statutory requirements
3. To coordinate with Branch Managers, General Manageers, Managing Director and head of department to handle personnel planning according to company strategies
4. To support management by providing advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications on all human resources related issues
5. To leads, manages, develops HR team as well as develop and implement human resources strategies, budgeting, establish KPI for the team taking into account of business needs and people
6. To be responsible for HR administration and operations in Beijing, Tianjin & Qingdao including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, C&B etc.
7. To execute the Directive/ policy/ Procedure/ Manual/ Workflow that issued from corporate HR & HK Regional HR department
8. To ensure the cost effectiveness on Human Resources expense
9. To develop young talent program
10. To handle recruitment activities, management of applicants, contracting and renewal & administration of contracts in office
11. To support recruitment in North China region
12. To handle formalities in conjunction with the entry of employees
13. To coordinate and submit new join employee information to HK Regional HR department for pn account creation
14. To conduct orientation program and exit interview for staff
15. To be responsible for probation review and inform HK Regional HR by providing supporting document
16. To proceed all employee’s movements, such as promotion, transfer, termination, etc. in local
office and inform HK Regional HR by providing supporting document for HR system update, including signature & function, etc.
17. To update HR Regional HR department on key staff movement, e.g. new join, transfer, promotion, leaving, etc., for Regional Staff Movement Announcement
18. To update and maintain the personal file for each staff
19. To administrate & implement the exercises of annual employee performance evaluation, annual review and/or discretionary bonus (if any)
20. To oversee the annual performance appraisal, annual salary review & bonus exercises and provide recommendations on reward distribution
21. To prepare monthly report-Staff attendance report, Annual leave balance report, Sick leave report & Late report for Department Heads
22. To prepare monthly regional report -Staff Movement report, Staff List, Cost Split report, Payroll details and month end Organization Chart to HK Regional HR department
23. To prepare monthly payroll calculation and final payment for Shenzhen branch staff
24. To check & monitor monthly payroll for North China branches
25. To inform HK Regional HR department leaving staff information for close pn account
26. To be responsible for administration of Social Insurance&Pension
27. To be responsible for administration of eLeave system-myCockpit
28. To develop and maintain official communication channel, including cooperation with government; universities, associations, media etc to improve company image in human resource market
29. To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs
Personal Qualifications:
1. University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with at least 5 years management experience
2. Computer basic knowledge, MS Office
3. English language&Mandarin language
3. Knowledge of local labour law and regulations
4. Good knowledge of human nature
5. Knowledge in personnel development, organization, compensation and benefits
6. Personal Qualification Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
7. Leadership skills
8. Professional competence
9. Negotiation skills
10. Assertiveness
11. Strong in implementation
12. Organized, structured person
13. Positive attitude and approach to work
