Career Title: Project Assistant
Line Manager: Project Manager
Overall Objective / Purpose of the role:
The role requires a proactive, competent and highly professional candidate. Will be able to create good working relationships with a range of personalities.
To provide general secretarial and administrative support to the project team.
The role will also require the individual to work closely with the Support Team to provide general secretarial and administrative support to the overall business.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Organize team travel arrangements
Preparation of agenda / papers for circulation at meetings / minutes / reports
Ensure all Marketing and Sales material issued is of high standard
Support team in ensuring that all compliance processes are followed (eg SDMP, SDR, Agresso etc)
Compiling reports and presentations for the team
Responsible for ensuring all documents issued to clients (reports, emails, memos, letters proposals) are of high quality (check spelling, layout, presentation, formatting etc), standardised where possible and meet the ECH 'brand standards' (ECH colours, font, formatting, logos etc)
Fully understand and own the ECH formatting brand standards for all output issued externally
Support team in delivering excellent service by collating and managing proposal documents
Other duties as per instruction.
Relevant Qualifications / Membership / Experience:
College or university degree
Above 2 years of related working experience;
Good English and Mandarin, fluent spoken English is preferred;
Very familiar with Microsoft Office applications;
Well organized and able to multi-task, possess extreme attention to details;
"SWAN" attributes (smart, work hard, ambitious, and nice).
