JOB SUMMARY:
Technical Support Specialist is responsible for trouble shooting for customers via service hotline calls and on-site service.

Provide training to the distributors to ensure their technical competencies by maintaining and updating their product knowledge.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle trouble shooting calls of hotlines for CAG In-House-Diagnostics (IHD) products (biochemistry analyzer, hematology analyzer, electrolyte and blood gas analyzer, urine analyzer, coagulation analyzers, and rapid assay kits…etc.) in China veterinary market.
负责小动物事业部的故障排除电话服务热线，包括生化分析仪，血球分析仪，血气电解质分析仪，尿液分析仪，血凝分析仪，快速检测试剂盒等。
2. Provide training and organize seminar for distributors to maintain their technical knowledge and skills to be competent and updated.
为经销商提供培训和举办研讨会，以此保持其技术知识和技能的更新并能胜任。
3. Provide training, on-site installation and quality control to customers (end users including veterinary hospitals, vet clinics, and Vet University) by request.
根据客户需求为其提供培训，现场安装或质量控制等服务（终端客户包括兽医医院，兽医诊所及兽医大学）。
4. Routine call-out and visit customers for trouble shooting feedback and follow-up to ensure proper application of the instrument.
常规对客户进行电话回访或现场拜访，征询其故障排除的反馈和后续跟踪，以确保客户能正常的操作仪器。
5. Support product training or demonstration for sales needs by request.
根据销售需求为产品培训或展示提供支持。
6. Learn, localize and maintain product information whenever having new product.
当有新产品时，需要不断学习和维护新的产品信息，使其本土化。
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or above majored in Veterinary, Medical Technology or Bio technology.
本科学历及以上学历，专业为兽医或医疗/生物技术。
EXPERIENCE:
1. 1-2 years Technical Support working experience in Clinical Diagnostic equipment in pet-care market or Human Clinical Diagnostics Lab or medical market.
至少1-2年在兽医/宠物保健市场/人体临床诊断实验室/医疗市场中的临床诊断设备的技术服务工作经验。
2. Work experience in Clinical Diagnostics of Biochemistry and Hematology analyzers preferred.
拥有生化和血液分析仪的临床诊断工作经验者，将会优先考虑。
3. Laboratory experience preferred
拥有实验室工作经验者将会优先考虑。
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Instrument operation & troubleshooting training for customers/end users.
能为客户/最终用户进行仪器操作及故障排查培训。
2. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Words, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
熟练掌握办公室软件，包括Excel, Words, Powerpoint, and Outlook等。
3. Good communication and presentation skills.
良好的沟通技能：能够与客户建立良好的工作关系。
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Business trip within China

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Will spend 20% of working hours visiting Vet clinic, animal hospitals, and vet school of university
