职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
？ Lead mechanical design team on delivery of mechanical task, on new product development, manufacturing support, customer field issue analysis and solve;
？ Support VPI / VPC / PQC projects, to develop new products from concept stage through production: design, construct, test and implement. Complete design task on time at the condition of qualities;
？ Take the mechanical FEA work and release the technical FEA report for key components, subassemblies and complete machine, by using Pro/e (Creo) and ANSYS software;
？ Lead Mechanical structure design for customization product and new product development;
？ Arrange and coordinate mechanical test internal or external;
？ Work with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality, reliability and manufacturability targets;
？ Work with Purchasing and SQI team to improve the quality of outsourced parts;
？ Cooperate with the global team members for necessary technical issue and meeting.

Key Requirements:
？ 8 years or more design experience in machinery engineering;
？ University degree or above；Major in Mechanical Design & Manufacture/Mechanical engineering or related;
？ Work hard & carefully with good sense of responsibility;
？ Good communication skills, initiative and teamwork spirits, leading team experience is preferred;
？ Very familiar with office software (Excel, Power point and Word);
？ Very familiar with AutoCAD mechanical, Pro-E (CREO). Candidate with ANSYS, ROMAX, MathCAD experience would be preferable;
？ Good skills in speaking and writing English;
？ Experience with the calculation and design of Mechanical parts according European Standards or ASME is an asset, as well as experience with Generator or Motor structure design and mechanical calculations. 举报 分享
