职位描述
Process Technology Manager
Main Tasks:
- Manage Process Technology team to support production running to meet productivity & quality & cost target.
- KPI 1 Maintain a very high FTT
- KPI 2 Process in Control (Use X bar and R Charts to maintain process Control)
- KPI 3 Establish Preventive Maintenance requirements and make sure there is a system to track its completion
- Develop 8D and root cause analysis for process and product issues
- Develop training plan with detailed work instructions for every single job and work station
Requirements:
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Highly skilled in Computer applications
- Advantageous to have AutoCAD experience
- Candidates with exceptional technical abilities either in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering disciplines with the ability to coach other Engineers are most preferred.
- Candidate should be personable, energetic and be passionate about their work
