EFI is looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our Inkjet Business Unit, based in Shanghai City.

Job Description:
The Sales Development Manager is responsible for selling EFI Inkjet Printer Products and Solutions in East China.

Key Responsibilities
?You will be required to independently generate leads, mature and close sales with customers.
?You will represent EFI in industry forums and articulate the value of the EFI products and services to prospective customers.
? Develop and expand EFI Inkjet portfolio in East China, though close association with customers, industry bodies and trade partners.
?Should be able to develop a market strategy for products and services for both short term and long term success of the organization.
?Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage customers expectations and the complete sales cycle
?Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives of Machines, ink and other solutions.
?Should be able to “value sell” amidst highly competitive market place.
?Maximize all leads & opportunities to increase deal number and size and accelerate the buying process.
?Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments. Forecasting covers / includes direct opportunities and channel / partner opportunities
?Maintain proactive relationships with all current and potential customers.
?Lead the communication and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
?Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with account(s).
?Maintain Account and opportunity updates in the CRM system

Key Responsibilities
? B.A., B.S., or equivalent
? Minimum of 3 years Sales experience .
?Ability to manage the account at a high level within the assigned region
?Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
?Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota/goals
?Proven success with turning cold calling into revenue-generating accounts
?Excellent verbal and written communication skills
?Good understanding of customer print operation and EFI product knowledge is preferred
?Aggressive sprit of “will to win” and prospecting and closing styles
