申请要求
        工商管理专业、国际贸易专业或同等大学本科学历，有7年以上从事工程、建筑、建筑服务等方面工作的高级销售经验。有良好的英语口语和书面表达能力。

With anticipate growth the business is looking for a Senior BD Director with a background in engineering，construction, international trade, project management, etc. The Senior BD Director will report into the international department Head China and be part of a high performing team with the best value proposition.
You will lead by example and create a strong reward scheme with the use of KPIs and incentives for sales team and individual results. Working closely with various stakeholders of the business, operations and services, the BD Director contribution will be highly recognized.
Talent
The right person for the job will be an experienced senior Sales and BD managers. We will give the senior BD Director a strong platform to work with an established international department in the top ranked construction company as a critical business role. Not only will you have experience in construction &building industry, you will understand how to showcase the benefits to customers with long term partnership. The ideal person has a background in sales, engineering and understands how to lead, mentor and motivate young and energetic professionals. Someone who can provide training and is excellent at building strategy relationships, presentation, tender management, negotiating and closing deals. Senior BD Director will need to do market research, business development planning, new business development, client retention, actively and visibly promote the company.
Application
