GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:


Manage the maintenance team to achieve target according to company requirement.



·Lead all supervisor/engineer/technician with a good Org. chart

·Prepare PM and maintenance plan in relation with production requirements and follow-up all action defined.

·Insure good communication with all plant departments.

·Insure good reporting of maintenance related issues and provide clear monthly report with maintenance events and recommendations.

·Propose long term resolution of problems in order to reduce maintenance breakdown, maintenance cost and continuously upgrade process.

·Guarantee equipment availability

·Manage and control spare parts system and warehouse

·Manage plant energy consumption: water, electricity and gas etc. facility

·Manage any job-related quality, health & safety, behavior issues observed by the maintenance team.

·Manage documentation and software for all machines.





JOB REQUIREMENTS:


· Bachelor degree and above major in engineering /electrical /mechanical

· Over 10 years experience of maintenance.

· Experience of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical application

· Can work independently, good cooperation ability

· Fluent English ,

· Self-motivated and positive impact to other employee
