E-Commerce Operation Manager
电商运营经理

Take charge of the overall operational management of e-commerce platform; be responsible for e-commerce sales revenue.
全面负责电子商务平台的运营管理工作，对电子商务业绩负责。

Job Responsibilities职责描述：

Build strategic cooperation with key China E-Commerce business platforms, e.g. Tmall, JD, YHD;
与国内电商平台建立战略合作，比如：天猫、京东、一号店等;

Be responsible for E-Commerce daily operation including overall planning, products development and promotion, data analysis and improvement for search rate conversion rate and sales volume;
负责合作电商平台的日常运营，包括整体策划、产品宣传和推广, 数据分析，搜索量、转化率和销量的提升；

Manage major calendar of E-Commerce business campaign planning, follow up planning execution、evaluate and analyze the activity results, and come up with the improving planning;
管理电商平台年度的主要活动企划，追踪活动的执行、评估和统计分析，并给出改进方案；

Collect industry and competitive products information, regular maintain product information and competitive products analysis;
收集行业信息，竞品信息，定期维护产品信息及竞品分析；

Make the related analysis reports (weekly, monthly, etc.), and submit monitoring data: marketing data, transaction data, commodity management, customer management;
完成相应的分析总结报表（周报、月报等），提交监控的数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理；

Work out monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and achieve sales target;
制定月度、季度、年度销售计划并完成销售目标;

Other duties assigned regarding e-commerce business.
其他交办的电商平台的工作。


Job Requirements岗位要求:

College degree, over 3 years E-Commerce development & operation experience, with hands-on overall operation experience is highly preferred;
大专学历，三年以上电商开拓、运营工作经验，有全盘运营实践经验者优先考虑 ；

Be familiar with operation model and trading rules of E-commence platform, etc. JD/TMall/YHD. Rich experience and knowledges on online sales, promotion, optimization, maintenance;
熟悉京东、天猫、一号店等电商平台的运营模式和交易规则，对于网上销售、推广、优化、维护有丰富的经验和知识；

Have the spirit of innovation and strong insight, be sensitive to data;
有创新精神，对数据敏感，洞察力强；

Very good communication skill and strong interpersonal skills;
良好的沟通技巧和强大的人际交往技巧；

Results oriented, Self-motivated and could work under pressure and dynamic circumstances;
以结果为导向，自我激励，能在压力和动态的环境下工作;

Good English communication skill both in written and oral.
