职位描述：
Job tasks:
-Implement the management of process quality, product quality and customer quality. Monitor the process, make risk management to find out potential risk, work out inspection plan to eliminate the risk.
-Handle customer complaint with 8D process, conduct the analysis of root cause and make corrective actions.
-Provide support in APQP, PPAP, FMEA and MSA etc. for NPI and project transfer.
-Plan and perform process audit to find out improvement opportunities.

Job rquirements:
-Above Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical, Electronics or equivalence.
-Familiar with quality tools(SPC, FMEA, 8D, MSA,PPAP,APQP etc.) and QMS(ISO9001).
-Good ability of communication and coordination.
-Good English in writing and speaking.
-Familiar with computer operation (Office, Minitab, etc.)
- Ability to ues quality tools, coordinate and lead the team to solve quality issues.
- Able to work on-site to solve problems with suppliers.

Work experience:
- Above 3 years experiences in Semi-conductor or Electronics field.
