职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责办公楼楼宇智能化系统BMS的监控、维护。包括电器设备设施、弱点系统设备、空调系统、消防系统、给排水系统、安防和自动化系统等的统一监控。
2. 对上述系统进行数据登记，及时反馈出现的问题和故障代码。
3. 按计划保质保量完成上述设备设施预防性维护工作。
4. 协助跟进、监督设备设施供应商对上述设备进行定期维护保养和检修工作。
5. 根据客户服务要求，到现场查看问题、登记和反馈。
6. 异常事故根据公司应急响应机制采取紧急反应行动。
任职资格：
1、电气、建筑智能化、机电一体化、电子信息工程等专业毕业，大专以上学历；
2、熟悉BMS系统，具备安防、网络通讯、楼宇自控等系统的设计或安装调试、维护的实际工作经验；
3、熟悉使用各种测试工具；
4、熟练运用CAD、Microsoft Office等办公软件；
5、有良好的服务意识、责任心及团队协作意识；有良好的沟通表达能力，学习能力强；
6、熟悉西门子的产品配置及技术要求者优先考虑。

The company is a Mainland-Hong Kong joint venture with Class I National Construction Decoration License issued by China Construction Ministry, and M & E professional contracting and construction license, as well as Grade B Construction Decoration Design License issued by Beijing Urban Planning Committee.

Our major clients are global Top 500 and foreign companies of Europe and America that are involved in the industries such as electronics, IT, auto, banking, securities, funds, insurance, education, Press, medicine, daily necessities, lawyers, shipping, advertising, beverage, food, media, apparel etc.

Infinity specialize in interior design and construction of office buildings, factories, laboratories, technical centers, etc.
