职位描述：
In charge of Quality team for electrical products
10 years minimum experience, 5 years management experience, international and multicultural companies.
Good knowledge in Quality Management System & Supplier Quality Assurance.

Background
-Heavy industry Quality background (car, train, boat etc industry): knowledge in Industry Quality process (APQP, PPAP, SQA…) ？ background preferred
-Strong quality system chain with Electrical products background

Main tasks
Product compliance and manufacturing improvement
Ensure the proper application of the quality processes
Lead, manage the Elec Quality Team
Identify key point of improvement in our organization
Guarantee the product compliance (Regulation, Safety, Usage)
Lead Claim management & Continuous improvement process with team members
Ensure the manufacturing improvement through SQA process implementation.
3rd party Laboratory management

Internal relation
Cooperate with our headquarter and BU
Commercial team : group directors, buyers, production specialists
All other products actors

External :
Laboratories
Factories

Location
Guangzhou
Frequent trip to Shanghai and China. Europe 1-2 times a year.

Languages :
English Fluent
Chinese is a strong point.
