职位描述：
岗位职责：
Performing field surveys on existing HVAC systems in commercial & residential buildings.
对商业与民用建筑项目现有HVAC系统评估
Providing engineering analysis on air filtration upgrades, including but not limited to preliminary design, budget analysis, calculations, life cycle costs, equipment selection and solution development.
对空气过滤系统升级改造进行工程分析，包括初步设计、净化次数计算、生命周期成本费用、设备选择及解决方案开发
Performing field measurements on airflow, air quality, noise etc.
测量评估项目现场气流、空气质量、噪音等数据
Providing site assessment reports in English.
提交英文现场报告
Liaising with client and all the involved parties
与客户和相关人员进行协调沟通
Cooperating with design team and product engineering team to provide high quality drawings and technical documentation.
与设计部门和产品工程部门合作以提供高质量的设计图纸和技术文件
Prepare HVAC training material for related colleague & department
为相关同事或部门准备HVAC培训资料
Other tasks assigned by company.

任职要求：
Bachelor degree above in Mechanical Engineering or other related majors
机械或者相关专业本科以上学历
Minimum 2 years' hands-on working experience in HVAC engineering and/or site engineering support
2年 以上HVAC工程或者现场技术支持的实际操作经验
Good communication skills & team work
良好的沟通技能及团队精神
Expert AutoCAD and related PC skills
熟练操作AutoCAD和相关软件
Good command of verbal and written English
口头书面英文熟练
High accuracy and attention to detail
