Responsibilities:
1,Responsible for HACH oceanographic environment monitoring products promotion with China National Oceanographic Bureau and it's affiliated units, marine petroleum exploitation clients and other relative industrial clients;
2,Assist vertical sales leader for business development; increase HACH product brand acknowledgement and influence on customers;
3,Keep effective communication with headquarter; provide technical consulting, system design proposal and other technical support to business partners and end users;
4,Assist vertical leader for market survey, business status & technical trend acknowledgement and chief competitors product information & marketing strategy collection;
5,Cooperate closely with regional sales team to achieve annual sales revenue target.

Knowledge requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree in oceanographic environment, environment engineering etc;
2. Familiar with oceanographic environment monitoring industry. Having good relationship with Environment Institute and the North/East/South Sub-bureau of National Oceanographic Bureau will be a plus;
3. Honest, mature, a quick learner, responsible, an effective communicator and can work under press.

Others requirement:
1. 3 years above working experience in oceanographic environment mornitoring or relative industry;
2. Proficiently use English in daily work;
3. Business development and sales experience.

职责:
1. 负责哈希海洋环境监测产品在国家海洋局及其下属单位、海洋大学、科研院所等客户的推广工作；
2. 协助直接销售主管从事行业拓展，提高哈希海洋产品线在客户的知名度和影响力；
3. 与总部保持有效的沟通，对合作伙伴或最终用户提供技术咨询、系统设计建议等技术支持；
4. 协助直接主管从事市场调研、行业竞争态势、主要竞争对手产品与市场策略等信息的收集；
5. 与区域销售合作完成销售目标。

岗位要求：
1. 海洋光学、水色遥感、海洋环境、海洋工程等专业本科以上学历。具有海洋光学、水色遥感专业背景优先；
2. 熟悉海洋环境监测设备，在国家海洋局等海洋单位有一定人脉的优先；
3. 诚实守信、成熟稳重、具备快速的学习能力，具备较好的沟通能力，能够承受工作压力。

其它要求：
1. 海洋环境监测相关领域3年以上工作经验；
2. 精通英语、可作为工作语言；
3. 具有市场拓展和销售经验。
