职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Provide guidance to managers and supervisors so they can maintain a healthy, safe and environmentally sound workplace, and train managers, supervisors and employees on EHS management systems, procedure and best practices.
2. Investigate accidents and analyze injury data to determine needed courses of action to improve safety and environmental systems.
3. Maintain metrics on leading and lagging indicators for safety, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all environmental, health and safety regulations.
4. Manage all environmental compliance issues including hazardous waste management, wastewater and air issues, and maintain liaison with legal and government agencies regarding environmental, health and safety issues.
5. Maintain effective 2-way communication with site employees regarding environmental, health and safety issues.
6. Work with all departments to ensure proper safety programs implemented and address EHS related issues.
7. Determine existing or potential EHS hazards, risks and needed corrective or preventative measures. Ensure measures have been implemented and are effective.
8. Plan and conduct EHS related audits and inspections, and complete attaining ISO 14001 EMS and OHSAS 18000 Certifications.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree (Health, Safety & Environment / Engineering).
2. Above 8 years’ experience in EHS or operations with responsibility for EHS with solid exposure of working in a large-size manufacturing plant.
3. Network Ability with site managers, and must maintain effective communication with site employees regarding EHS issues.
4. Maintain liaison with legal and government agencies regarding environmental, health and safety issues.
5. Willingness to be required to act independently the majority of the time while implementing programs to further the EHS management system.
6. Good communication and negotiation, agreeable interpersonal skills.
7. Good capability of English and proficient of office software. 举报 分享
