TSR (Territory Sales Representative)
区域销售代表

工作角色:负责管辖区域内经销商客户和渠道客户的销量增长, 网络建立和客情维护

工作内容:
? 经销商客户的网络建立和维护
? 按照公司策略规划并建立经销客户网络
? 管理和提高客户的渠道开发/维护能力
? 积极推进罗技系列产品在区域内的销售 (特别是新品)
? 督促客户按照公司价格策略进行销售
? 督促经销商保持合理库存并及时送货
? 渠道客户和关键零售客户的开发/维护
? 积极拓展重要的业务机会和售点
? 确保主要售点的销售,陈列,促销和显现
? 主要SKU和新品的卖进和陈列
? 指导/协助经销商对渠道客户的开发和维护
? 区域内售点显现和品牌宣传的计划和执行
? 保护公司对客户的资产和投入(样品, 店招, 店内广告)
? 客情维护
? 按计划拜访客户, 及时解决客户的问题
? 培训客户罗技产品知识
? 报表和其它
? 经销商季度/月度销量预测和目标制定
? 辅导/监督RSR的日常工作 (需要时)
? 每日准确记录拜访日记,维护经销客户数据
? 反馈市场竞争和全国总代的服务信息
? 向主管/其它部门提供相关报表

? 新产品和关键产品的卖进
? 经销客户的开发/维护
汇报上司:
? 城市销售经理或省销售经理


候选人要求:
? 本科大学毕业生
? 5年以上的销售经验 (IT或快消行业)
? 区域经销商管理或渠道客户管理经验优先
? 熟悉区域和区域内客户优先
? 良好的中文沟通技巧和表达能力
? 外向,积极,主动
? 能够面度压力和挑战
? 对高科技和互联网产品有极强的爱好
? 较强Office 办公软件技能
Responsibilities and authorities:

Overview:

? The TSR (Territory Sales Representative) is a key channel management role in growing our geographical coverage & channel coverage in China
? TSR will daily manage authorized channel to deliver monthly sell thru result
? TSR will improve exited channel sales capability & recruit new authorized channel to build territory channel map as business requested
? TSR is responsible to execute the national/local channel marketing activities in a designated province or cluster with RSR/TMR team to improve sell out
? Working with TMR to build a strong brand presence both in POS & Ads. in designated province for the future, improve brand awareness

Mission:

? Grow the number of authorized POS to better cover IT mall & more cities
? Improve authorized dealer sales capacity
? Upsell and leverage exited channel to sell more rich product categories

Key Measurement for TSR

? 100% of designated territory sell thru revenue or cluster sell thru revenue

1. Territory channel marketing management
? Work with TMR to give RSR daily/weekly authorized POS visit list, in shop check list, route
? Check RSR working result by shop personal visit
? Local Sell out activities application, support & check TMR & RSR program execution result
? Work with TMR to make sure authorized channel POS merchandising meet company stand
? Support TMR & RSR on unsolved channel issues with authorize channel
? Build a winning team between Logitech, local territory distributors, resellers, authorized dealers and final tier

2. Authorized Channel Management
? Build territory’s channel map align with company channel strategy
? Develop new POS in target IT channel & new dealers in target city
? Price management
? Selling territory management
? Cooperate with relative distributor sales team to deliver monthly territory sell thru result

3. Channel Marketing Activities Execution
? Support or execute company’s/Local promotions in given territory
? Propose target channel segment list
? Support or execute company’s/Local road-shows in given territory. Includes venue selection and negotiation, training RSR, POS/promoters, on site supervision and execution
? Support or execute company’s product channel launch
? Propose target channel segment list

4. Channel Branding planning
? Work with TMR for quarterly territory channel branding building plan
? A, B, C shops decoration plan by city
? Outdoor & indoor advertising plan by city
? Align resource investment with sales result & projection

5. Training
? Train territory RSRs and authorized channels about company, products and programs
? Train RSRs on selling skill

6. Reporting
? Territory report
Territory report based on RSR/TMR report
Monthly rolling forecast
Weekly authorized channel on hand inventory report
Weekly sales report
Channel development update
Sell thru update
Channel issue
? Monthly maintain the territory Authorized channel POS list


Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree from recognized national university
2. Have at least 3 or 5 years solid channel/retail sales experiences in IT/CE industry
3. Solid sales performance track record in target territory, solid channel management/development experiences in non-province capital cities
4. Good Business planning skills, channel management skills, communication skills
5. Good relationship with local IT channel partners or LFR customers
6. Ability to inspire others to reach higher
7. Demonstrate high energy and the ability to energize others
8. Willing to take challenge and work under pressure
9. Self-motivated, business results orientated align with company business strategy
10. Good MS office skills
11. Chinese as native language, fluent in English both written and verbal
12. Good team work, will be aggressive, has ownership
