Responsibilities
? Project management work
- Project planning and resources allocation
- Project updates and client Iteration
- Supplier relationship management
- Client relationship management
- Internal expediting
- Internal quality control on deliverables
- Risk management
? Project execution work
- Supplier identification, evaluation and selection (commercial and technical)
- Plant audits (when required)
- Supplier contracting
- Documentation management
- Other related project execution work


Requirements
? Background in the Oil & Gas or Mining related procurement
? Deep category knowledge in Oil and Gas equipment, spare parts, other related categories or in Mining related categories
? A bachelor degree or above with a minimum of 5-years work experience as engineer (Oil and Gas or Engineer majors are preferred)
? Fast learner and strong at self-learning
? Strong multi-tasking skills
? Experience in managing comprehensive projects is a bonus
? Ability of self-management and stakeholder-management is essential
? Ability to organize and present facts and arguments in a persuasive and convincing manner
? Proficient in the use of computers and commonly-used business software
? Good research and analytical capability
? Good communication skills and team work ethic
? Excellent English and Mandarin both written and spoken
? Ability and willingness to travel 举报 分享
